Confection Perfection all began around 16 years ago with Humpty Dumpty: a character my son adores (or rather adored, he'll never forgive me, now 17!). Having made a special birthday cake that year, friends and family started to ask me to create similar cakes for other special occasions. It wasn't long before I converted this enjoyment and passion for baking into a full time career.
1500 weddings, 750 christenings, 300 corporate cakes, 2000 birthday's later, Confection Perfection, (now a strong team of thirteen!) continues to provide delicious hand made cakes to order.
A natural progression was the introduction of cake baking courses and workshops. Confection Perfection is regarded as Kent's leading venue for cake baking and decorating courses.
