Description:	Bring a chocolate cake with you (recipe provided) and learn how to fill and cover a chocolate cake, use transfer sheets to make stunning patterned chocolate bows and use a variety of cutters and moulds to complete the decoration. This versatile course is an ideal introduction to chocolate work and covers a wide range of techniques.
