Description: Learn the secrets to creating these beautiful cakes. Perfect for parties and weddings. You will create 6 cakes and finish with stunning sugar decorations such as bows and flowers. We will use fruit cake, Madeira cake, chocolate cake, marzipan, sugarpaste and Belgian chocolate covering paste. Cost includes 6 cakes, marzipan, icing, colours and glitters. You will need some equipment.

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your place.

Please note that your payment is non-refundable. If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more that two full weeks before your course date. A £10.00 transfer fee will apply. We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within two weeks of your course date.

If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.

I understand a certain amount of specialist equipment and materials will be required for some of the courses.
