Description: Make your very own 2 tier fairy castle. Learn how to marzipan and ice cakes to achieve a smooth professional finish, how to split and fill a Madeira cake, how to create a variety of novelty effects, modelling, simple flowers, how to stack cakes, working with pastillage and lots more. Mondays 7.30 -9.30pm 19th April, 26th April, 10th May You will need to provide your own cakes (or buy them from Confection Perfection) boards and icing but we will provide all the other materials and equipment you need.

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your place.

Please note that your payment is non-refundable. If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more that two full weeks before your course date. A £10.00 transfer fee will apply. We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within two weeks of your course date.

If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.

I understand a certain amount of specialist equipment and materials will be required for some of the courses.
