Description: We will provide a batch of cup cakes and some cookie dough and you will learn how to decorate them using butter cream, royal icing, pouring fondant and sugar paste. Make sugar decorations and experiment with a range of colours and glitters. Cost includes cup cakes, cookie dough, all icings, colours, piping jelly, glitters. We will provide all the equipment you need. Just bring an apron and boxes to take your cup cakes and cookies home in.

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your place.

Please note that your payment is non-refundable. If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more that two full weeks before your course date. A £10.00 transfer fee will apply. We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within two weeks of your course date.

If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.

I understand a certain amount of specialist equipment and materials will be required for some of the courses.
