Description: Intensive professional diploma courses These are run on 5 consecutive Saturdays from 9.30am - 4.00pm. 26/6, 3/7, 10/7, 17/7, 24/7 Although beginners are more than welcome, due to the intensive nature of the course we recommend that you have some experience of cake decorating and suggest that you have attended courses such as the piping skills, Christmas cake course or the back to basics. You will need to do some preparation/ practice at home you will learn... Basic Techniques. Coating, Template and Scroll Borders. Runout/Colourflow, Collars and Motifs. Extension Borders and Lace Designs. Brush Embroidery. Cake Balance and Multi Tiered Cakes. Packaging, Transport, and Delivery Costs. Pricing Guidlines. Assembly & Presentation.

Terms and Conditions

Please note that your payments are non-refundable. If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more than four full weeks before your course date. A £25 transfer fee will apply. We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within four weeks of your course date.

If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.

Applies only for DIPLOMA courses

To complete the diploma courses you will need to complete work at home. It is therefore essential that you have all your own equipment. We will offer discounts on essential items. Your investment will depend on how much Sugarcraft equipment you already own but if you have very little equipment you could spend around £150 to £250.00 depending on course.
