It was fabulous and we had lots of comments on the great design, tasty cake and the venue staff made particular mention on how easy it was to cut (apparently they often find the cakes are crumbly and it makes it hard for them to produce slices to serve!). Description:	The perfect course whether you are embarking on your first ever wedding cake or whether you have completed our Back to Basics course and would simply like to learn more. It is also ideally suited to more experienced cake decorators wanting to develop their skills and learn a contemporary style of cake decorating. Choose round, square, hexagonal or heart shaped cakes and over the course of 6 weeks learn how to marzipan and ice your cakes to achieve a smooth, professional finish and stack the 2 together. The cakes will be decorated with piped dots, piped beading around the base, edible ribbons and bows, run out butterflies and a glitter burst. Wednesday evenings 7.30 -9.30pm 30th June, 7th July, 14th July, 21st July, 28th July and 4th Aug. You will need to provide your own cakes (or buy them from Confection Perfection) icing, cake boards and boxes but we will provide all the equipment you need.

If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more that two full weeks before your course date. A £10.00 transfer fee will apply. If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value. I understand a certain amount of specialist equipment and materials will be required for some of the courses.
