Description: This 4 week course is a comprehensive introduction to making cakes for children. During the 4 weeks you will bake and decorate 2 cakes- 1 vanilla Madeira which will decorated as a 3D standing princess, the other chocolate Madeira which will be decorated as a pirate ship. Learn how to split and fill a cake then ice to a smooth professional finish, how to achieve novelty effects, simple modelling and a host of other techniques which can easily be adapted to other projects. Cost includes everything you need - all the ingredients, icing, boards, boxes, colours and use of equipment. All you need to bring is an apron. 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th July

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your place.

Please note that your payment is non-refundable. If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more that two full weeks before your course date. A £10.00 transfer fee will apply. We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within two weeks of your course date.

If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.

I understand a certain amount of specialist equipment and materials will be required for some of the courses.
