Description: 3 intensive days (13th, 14th, 15th July) covering all you need know whether making cup cakes as a business or hobby. Bake red velvet cupcakes, raspberry swirl, white chocolate mud, double chocolate chip, vanilla and lightly fruited cupcakes. Learn the secret of pure white frosting, smooth butter cream, chocolate fudge topping, poured fondant and sugar paste. Learn a host of different piped techniques, make decorations from Belgian chocolate paste, flower paste, Mexican paste, royal icing. Ideas suitable for all occasions from children's parties to sophisticated parties, for weddings, engagements, Christenings, anniversaries. This is a very comprehensive course covering baking, decorating and presentation of your cupcakes. Students successfully completing the course will be awarded a Confection Perfection Master Class Certificate. Cost includes everything you need and comprehensive notes. All you need is an apron and boxes to take your creations home in.

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your place.

Please note that your payment is non-refundable. If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more that two full weeks before your course date. A £10.00 transfer fee will apply. We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within two weeks of your course date.

If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.

I understand a certain amount of specialist equipment and materials will be required for some of the courses.
