Description: Bring a square Madeira cake with you (or buy one from Confection Perfection) and learn how to split, fill and ice your cake to achieve a professional smooth finish. Complete the decoration with crimping, a starburst, stars and a ribbon & bow We will provide all the equipment you need as well as fillings, board, box and icing.

Terms and Conditions

Please note that your payments are non-refundable. If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more than four full weeks before your course date. A £25 transfer fee will apply. We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within four weeks of your course date.

If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.

Applies only for DIPLOMA courses

To complete the diploma courses you will need to complete work at home. It is therefore essential that you have all your own equipment. We will offer discounts on essential items. Your investment will depend on how much Sugarcraft equipment you already own but if you have very little equipment you could spend around £150 to £250.00 depending on course.
