Description: Learn how to make perfect royal icing, piping a personalised message, shell piping, stunning stained glass effects, piped flowers and leaves. Whether you like making the occasional batch of cupcakes or cookies, you regularly make celebration cakes or if you embarking on a wedding cake this course will equip you with a host of invaluable skills and techniques. Price includes royal icing, piping jelly, plaque, boards etc. You will need to provide some equipment.

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your place.

Please note that your payment is non-refundable. If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more that two full weeks before your course date. A £10.00 transfer fee will apply. We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within two weeks of your course date.

If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.
