Gain an Internationally recognised qualification in cake decorating.

Confection Perfection is the only place in Kent currently approved and teaching the PME Arts & Crafts Professional Diploma courses in all aspects of cake decorating.  The courses are held in our purpose built studio at our brand new Barming store and are lead by Annabelle, Head of our Cake Decorating School. 

The course is divided into three modules – sugar paste, Royal icing & piping and sugar flowers.  Diplomas will be awarded on the successful completion of each module and on completion of all three modules a Master’s certificate will be awarded.  It is not compulsory to do all 3 modules; each one stands alone so you can complete 1, 2 or all 3.

You do not have to complete the modules in any specific order.

All three modules are suitable for beginners, enthusiasts and professionals.

To complete the Diploma courses you will need to complete work at home. It is therefore essential that you have all of your own equipment. We do offer discounts on essential items. Your investment will depend on how much Sugarcraft equipment you already have but if you have very little equipment you could spend between £100.00 to £250.00
