I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the wonderful cake you made for our wedding on 6 March at Salomons. It was fabulous and we had lots of comments on the great design, tasty cake and the venue staff made particular mention on how easy it was to cut (apparently they often find the cakes are crumbly and it makes it hard for them to produce slices to serve!). Our two Kent based cake shops are a treasure trove of cutters, ribbons, boards, boxes, moulds, veiners, decorations, recipes, edible glitter and more to create that all important cake.
At both our Barming and Hildenborough shops we run a professional workshop and kitchen. It's here that we run our training courses and where we bake cakes to order for all kinds of occasions from weddings to anniversaries, birthdays to corporate celebrations. This means that there is always a member of our professional team on hand to provide advice and tips on creating the perfect cake.
As a supplier to other professional cake makers in and around the Kent area, we ensure that we have the latest range of equipment which is available to buy and hire. Brands such as Tinkertech, Rainbow Dust, Finecut, FMM, PME, Kitbox, Patchwork, FPC, Squires and Wilton, all are all available at Confection Perfection.
Our shops are both based in Kent. Our first is in Hildenborough near Tonbridge and the second is in Barming just next door to Maidstone.
The opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 4pm
Christmas 2010: Closed on the 24th Dec - Open again on the 4th Jan 2011.
