I attended the 13 week sugar paste PME diploma course which I have just completed. The course was fantastic and I was a total beginner. The course covers all the basics and I was so pleased with the skills I acquired, the professional training given and the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Annabelle the tutor was always helpful and enthusiastic and gave us such confidence. Learning was a pleasure. I could email and ask questions and nothing was too much trouble. I learnt so much and was amazed at how quickly I progressed to making professional cakes. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to learn the art of cake decorating. I have signed up for the next 2 diplomas for flowers and royal icing I enjoyed it so much!

Just a quick email to say thankyou to everyone involved in the cake i picked up for my wifes 30th Birthday party yesterday. The cake was a surprise for her and she absolutely loved it. Everyone at the party commented on it and said how wonderful it looked and i was asked on a number of occasions who had made the cake. As well as looking amazing it also tasted scrumptious as well. I am sure we, and our friends, will be ordering more cakes from you in the future.
