2-Sunday Vintage Christmas Birdcage
Upcoming Start Dates
Over 2 Sundays you will create an amazing birdcage in your chosen colour scheme.
You will use three rich fruit cakes to create the birdcage and learn how to marzipan and ice to achieve a good shape and a lovely finish. You will learn vintage roses, decorations and flowers, lacy butterflies, pearl strings (made - not a mould), sugar gun techniques, piping and then how to put it all together.
This is a fast-paced course, jam-packed with skills and techniques.
Everything is included - the cakes, all materials and use of equipment. You may like to bring an apron.
Students will receive a set of comprehensive notes .
We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake. You may like to bring a packed lunch.
