Cake pops and cakesicles are yummy, bite size (or two), cake truffles dipped in chocolate, in other words – bliss on a stick! Chic and fun these delightful treats are perfect as gifts, wedding favours, or to sell at Farmers’ markets and school fairs. These are so cute and the cakesicles are filled with chocolate ganache cake pop mix/ rice krispie treat with salted caramel sauce or chocolate truffle added first to make them totally scrumptious! In addition to making the cake pops and cakesicles learn how to make chocolate buttons, caramel buttons and puddle style lollipops - these will all have a transfer sheet, patterned base. You will also make mini chocolate bars using a mould. Learn how to include additions such as popping candy and honeycomb nibbles.

The course price includes everything you need to create four cake pops, 4 cakesicles, chocolate drops and mini chocolate bars and a box to take them home. We will provide all the ingredients, materials, all sugarcraft tools, equipment and refreshments. Course attendees will also receive a full set of course notes.
