You don't need to be artistic to be able to create beautiful painted designs onto fondant. Under the guidance of an expert tutor, you will be amazed at what you can achieve. In advance we will ice a dummy cake in white fondant for you. During the day you will begin by airbrushing a variety of background scenes - sky, hills etc. Moving on you will paint a selection of floral designs.

Lyn is a highly accomplished cake decorator and experienced tutor. Everything is broken down into simple, easy to follow steps from choosing the best brushes, choosing and mixing colours, creating different shapes and building up your floral designs.

Everything is Included including an iced dummy cake, all icings, materials and a box.
All the equipment is provided for you and you also receive a set of course notes.
If you have an airbrush you may like to bring this with you (you then learn how to achieve the effects you wish using your own)
We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake. You may like to bring a packed lunch (or there is a local deli a short walk away)
You may like to bring an apron (please don't buy one - we have spares!)
