- Apple & cinnamon - apple flapjack with a layer of roasted cinnamon apples running through the centre.
- Apple, sultana & cinnamon - apple and sultana flapjack with a layer of roasted cinnamon apples running through the centre.
- Apricot & almond - almond flapjack with a central layer apricot conserve
- Banoffee flapjack - Flapjack with caramel fudge pieces and a central layer of raosted bananas. If liked top with chocolate and crushed dried banana pieces
- Blueberry & white chocolate - blueberry & white chocolate flapjack with a blueberry conserve running through the centre. Topped with swirled white and blueberry flavour chocolate.
